Hello Families! For our December meeting we will be celebrating the Feast of St. Nicholas. During this meeting St. Nicholas will be stocking the Children’s shoes with oranges, chocolate gold coins, and Saint cards. At our Children’s tables they will be doing their usual work with The Year of Charity to grow in virtue, discussing St. Nicholas and the symbolism behind the gold coins, and doing a nativity or St Nicholas craft. For this meeting we will need the following help:
-Families to bring cutie oranges (roughly two bags needed)
-someone to contact our St. Nicholas from the previous years. Still trying to track down his name. Ask if he can kindly make an appearance in the costume from 10-10:15am on 12/7.
-someone to run the toddler and the K-4th tables (bring craft project idea related to the Feast celebration. Brandie Spencer Granke has the supplies so if you need anything specific please ask via email or under this post.
-set-up crew (2 adults)
